A renewal (refrendo) of the building license for the remaining work, requested before the license expires.
Why it matters
Building on an expired license can stop the work, and the completion notice (step 4.28) needs a valid license.
Who helps
The municipal building-permit office. Your DRO or gestor files it.
What to do: Renew the license before it expires if work will run past 24 months.
