Topographic survey (contour plan)
A contour (topographic) survey with UTM coordinates, if the one from step 1.15 isn't detailed enough. The state land-use filing (step 4.10) won't be accepted without it.
Why it matters
The state dictamen, the SEMARNAT check (step 4.6) and the architect's plans all start from it.
