Catastro transfer (traslado de dominio)
Updating the cadastral record to the new holder (the bank as trustee, for your benefit). From then on, predial bills come to you.
Why it matters
It keeps the tax and cadastral records consistent with the RPPC. You'll need it for every later permit.
Who helps
Usually the notario, along with the ISAI filing. In La Paz this goes to the Dirección General de Catastro; in Los Cabos to Catastro / the Tesorería.
What to do: Confirm the notario updated Catastro so predial bills come to you.
